With nearly 5 years of experience in research, He has a proven track record of designing positive approaches and proactive interventions that enhance learner engagement, academic achievement, cognitive development, and social, behavioral, and communication skills. He has published over 3 peer-reviewed articles and 4 articles listed by the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC). I have been awarded the ICSSR Scholarship for 2 years and the National Fellowship for Persons with Disabilities (NFPwD) for 5 years. He has also successfully cleared the NET exam.
